Program Outline:
Our program includes a total of 6 sessions that will be held through ZOOM. The first and last session is in a one-on-one confidential session with Loretta Biscaro Smith who brings 30 years experience in career transition coaching.
Each group will have 8-10 people, which is the perfect size for a participative format opening up the group to a wide range of shared perspectives, insights and ideas.
You will be provided with a wide range of curated resources including information on highlighting transferrable skills, resume formats, insightful cover letters, focused bios as well a further reading material that will provide aha moments as you navigate this transition.
Your Group Coach:
Loretta Biscaro Smith is your group coach. She works with leaders, [mid level, senior leaders and CEOs] who find themselves at a crossroads in their careers and need a confidential sounding board to explore what's next. Loretta is seasoned in helping individuals navigate through the unknowns, the challenges and opportunities, the ups and the downs of making a career shift.
As a seasoned Executive Recruiter she also brings a unique perspective of what it takes to get noticed and differentiate yourself in a sea of competing applicants. Her thoughtful insights into how to 'get in' whilst navigating applicant tracking systems, unresponsive HR teams and get to the decision maker is key to success.
She is a qualified and experienced executive, business leader, coach and facilitator who has supported well over 1,000 CEOs, mid level and senior leaders throughout her 30 year of coaching. She customized sessions to clients needs.

Registration Fees:

This program is designed for mid to senior level career professionals who want to gain clarity on their future direction and build momentum for changes during 2025.

Our program group sessions commences on Wednesday morning the 26th of March and runs for 4 consecutive Wednesdays. The first one-on-one session will be held before the 26th of March and the second 1 to 1 session after our last group session.
