The Attentional Interpersonal Style Inventory

TAIS Assessment [the Attentional Interpersonal Style Inventory] is used for understanding of an individual’s Attentional Characteristics, Prognosis Variables, Management/Leadership Style, Social Style, Communication Style and Moderator Variables.
TAIS measures three basic performance building blocks – Leadership, Emotional Control and Performance Under Pressure – and, where necessary, identifies the root cause of performance problems. Key areas measured are: Attentional – Orientation Toward Rules and Risk – Drive and confidence – Ways of dominating and Competing – Decision-Making Style – Orientation Towards Others – Communication Style.

TAIS is used by Fortune 100 companies, the Military [special ops], Olympic and elite sports teams.  TAIS is used in coaching, recruiting and personal and team development. 

Leadership Character Insight Assessment

The LCIA is designed to provide leaders and potential leaders with practical insight regarding:
  • What leader character is and why it is essential for building strong leaders and organizations
  • Key dimensions of character, their corresponding elements, and how they interact to influence leadership effectiveness
  • Character strength as well as informant on how leaders can grow and develop on each character dimension.

Those who do this well possess the competencies, commitment and character to be effective leaders.  Character plays a critical role in determining leadership behaviour and has a significant impact on both leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

Birkman Method

The Birkman Methodology combines motivational, behavioural and interest evaluation into one single assessment, which provides a multi-dimensional and comprehensive analysis.

The Birkman includes the five following major perspectives:
  1. Usual Behaviour;
  2. Underlying Needs;
  3. Stress Behaviours;
  4. Interests
  5. Organizational Focus.

It also provides great insight on how emotion influences motivation and behavior. The concepts of Emotional Intelligence have been around since the early 20th century. EQ-I Assessments provide individuals with a better understanding of self-management and self-awareness. This in turn will give you better insight and control over your own actions and emotions. With a greater understanding of emotions individuals will experience a positive impact on you professional and personal life.
